TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Mobile Bar Service will be the sole provider of all beverages at the event unless previously agreed in writing. It will not be permitted for anyone to consume their own drinks at the event.
Where Mobile Bar Service is only providing an evening bar then any drinks provided during the day will be removed from tables before the bar opens.
We require a 13amp power supply near the bar and access to a water supply.
Booking & Payment
Payment of any booking fee must be received upon confirmation of the booking, if for any reason the booking is cancelled up to 6 weeks before the event then we will refund 50% of the booking fee less any licensing costs, within 6 weeks then there will be no refund.
Any packages must be paid in full 14 days before the event.
Parking & Access
We must be able to manoeuvre and park our vehicles close to the venue entry/exit doors for unloading on arrival and reloading at the end of the event. Once unloaded the vehicle can be moved to a suitable parking area within the boundary of the venue.
Our Staff
Where we are providing our services over a meal time that a provision is made to provide them with a meal.
